Our bed insert panel is designed to give you a flat printing surface idea for printing, paper, card or any thin material/object without having to remove the bed base & ruler guide. Simply place the bed insert into the bed base & ruler guide then this allows you to still use the handing ruler guide to ensure accurate printing.

Our unique jig system combines a bed and ruler marked with a grid to aid alignment when positioning items with a range of quick change jigs or bases for rapid and accurate placement of blank products, aiding efficiency and cost savings in your production methods.

The Roland models are also compatible with the head refresh unit too, so there's no need to remove it from your flatbed. Simple!
