Each carrier has been specifically produced to fit specific phone brands / phone cases and cater for a range of materials.  Due to the flexibility of material, gel cases are the most compatible, other materials of cases such as hard cases or wallet / flip cases may be compatible but it's best to send samples for us to check.

Due to the clever design of our universal phone case base plate jig you have the option to print various models and materials of phone cases in one production run.  All 'Group A' carriers can be mixed and loaded onto the base plate at the same time, all 'Group B' and so on.

Our unique phone case printing system allows you mix the models and styles of phone cases you want to print, without the need to purchase a jig for each specific type. This approach also means you can purchase more carriers for your most popular items and purchase fewer carriers for your less popular products. 

We suggest purchasing two base plates so you can pre-load your carriers onto the second ready to load onto your next production run, meaning minimal machine downtime and high efficiency.

You will also need: 

• 1 x Phone Case Base Plate Jig - for your flatbed machine
• 1 x “Bed Base & Ruler Guide”: Ensure this has been fitted to your flatbed printer prior to using our jigs.

* N.B - Phone Case & Carrier Compatibility Check * Whilst every care has been taken compiling the ‘Carrier Compatibility Guide’, due to variations in size, shape, material and design of phone cases, we cannot guarantee that a specific carrier will perfectly fit every case for a particular type of phone. Please get in touch if you have any compatibility questions or the model you require is not listed.
