Constructed with stainless steel top, sides, and interior, this unit features a solid stainless steel top with a marine edge for added durability and work surface support.
Equipped with two stainless steel drawers, it can hold up to six full-size pans, providing organized and efficient storage. The unit operates at a precise temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, controlled via a digital temperature display. Mobility is easy with five 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking, and the side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses energy-efficient R290 refrigerant.
