The Kool-It Signature KCB-83-4M Chef Base Refrigerator is engineered for high-capacity storage in professional kitchens. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, interior, and marine-edged worktop, it delivers both durability and functionality.
Equipped with four stainless steel drawers, it accommodates up to ten full-size pans (4” deep) and features a digital temperature display for precise control. The automatic defrost system reduces maintenance needs, while the side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system ensures efficient cooling with R290 refrigerant.
Mobility is effortless thanks to five 5" swivel casters, including two locking, allowing for easy cleaning and repositioning. Operating at a temperature range of 33°F to 45°F, this chef base refrigerator is ideal for under-counter installation in busy commercial kitchens.
