Rebsorte Chardonnay
Die Rebsorte Chardonnay gilt als eine der bekanntesten Weißweinrebsorten weltweit und stammt ursprünglich aus dem französischen Burgund. Heute wird sie auf der ganzen Welt mit großem Erfolg angebaut.
In Südafrika findet Chardonnay ideale Bedingungen: viel Sonne, maritimes Klima und kalkhaltige Böden. Dadurch entstehen ausdrucksstarke, fruchtige Weine mit feiner Balance zwischen Frische und Struktur.
Typische Aromen sind Zitrus, Apfel und Melone. Durch den Ausbau im Eichenfass kommen oft Noten von Vanille, Haselnuss und Karamell hinzu – besonders bei hochwertigen Weinen wie dem Avondale Armilla.

Der Sauvage passt ideal zu Austern, Jakobsmuscheln und feinem Sushi. Auch gegrillter Fisch, Ziegenkäse oder leichte Vorspeisen mit Zitrusaromen harmonieren perfekt mit seiner frischen Säure und der eleganten Perlage. Ein hervorragender Begleiter zu edlen puristischen Gerichten.

The only one of its kind. Unique and immensely practical.

I have read a few books on ERM. Most of these books profess qualitative risk assessment.
None even come close to quantitative definition of risk appetite. Nor do they show you how to quantify risks at enterprise level or incorporate quantitative risk analysis into risk/return decision making.
Only Sim Segal's book on Corporate value of ERM encompasses all of these aspects and much much more.
His methodology of merging risk management and value based management to produce a value-based approach to ERM is both unique and immensely practical. The richness of his experience and knowledge is distilled in every chapter of this excellent book. I am sincerely impressed.
