Anthurium nigrolaminum hat gummiartige Blätter und ist sehr leicht zu pflegen. Die längliche Blattform von Anthurium nigrolaminum lässt sich bereits in den Pflanzen wiederfinden, die Zeichnung ist noch rudimentär. Da es sich um junge Pflanzen handelt, ist das momentane Erscheinungsbild noch nicht endgültig.
Im Gegensatz zu Anthurium Amazon Fox wurde bei dieser Hybride Anthurium nigrolaminum 'Gigi' verwendet, die wesentlich dunkler als das normale Anthurium nigrolaminum ist.
