A beautifully designed & crafted vintage Studio Couch/Day Bed. Model number 355.

The Studio Couch was designed by Lucian Ercolani in 1958 and manufactured by Ercol in the 1960s/70s.  Constructed from solid English Elm & Beech with stunning grain to the solid elm back support. This is the most desirable blonde (beech) model.

- Excellent restored condition

The studio couch is in excellent restored condition. All internal foam and inners are compliant to current domestic fire regulations as is the new charcoal, wool blend tweed fabric. The Pirelli webbing is all in good order and been replaced at some point albeit not by us.
