The Nova simulator is designed to provide a center strike environment, positioned directly down the target line. This allows both right- and left-handed golfers to enjoy the same session without needing to adjust the launch monitor—ensuring seamless play for all.

Easy Installation & Space Requirements

For optimal accuracy, place the Nova simulator 6 feet behind the golfer. There are no minimum distance requirements between the ball and your screen/net. The simulator is designed for indoor use only, and to maintain its precision, it should be kept away from direct sunlight.

Refund & Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand the process for returning items and receiving a refund.

Return Request and Authorization:

• You must submit your return request within 30 days of purchase.
• Once approved, we will send you an email with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
• You are responsible for prepaying the return shipping and insuring the item for its full value. Please note that the risk of loss or damage during shipping remains with you until the item is received at our facility.

Return Instructions:

• Include a printed copy of the RMA email with your returned item.
• We will only process a refund if:
  1. The printed copy of the email with your RMA number is included.
  2. The item is returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Condition for Full Refund:

To receive a full refund, the returned item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be in Like New condition, meaning there should be no visible signs of wear.
• It must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Items showing minor signs of use may still qualify for return but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Items that are damaged, broken, or show significant wear will not be eligible for a refund.
• Returns for BallFlight products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Additional Requirements:

• The item must have been purchased directly from OptiShotGolf.com.
• Any gifts or free products included in your original purchase must also be returned.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
• After the returned item is inspected, your refund, minus any shipping and applicable restocking fees, will be processed within 5 business days.
• Please note, it may take additional time for your credit card company to reflect the refund on your statement.

Restocking Fees:

A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Note: Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
