How do we use this product?
Use it to whip up a batch of mouthwatering pancakes or light, crispy waffles.
Pancake Directions (Make 3 servings or six 4-inch pancakes)
- 1 cup of 365 Organic Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix.
- 2/3 cup water, milk or your favorite nondairy beverage.
- 1 tbsp oil and 1 egg (optional).
- Mix oil ingredients together until smooth. Do not overmix.
- Add liquid or more mix as needed for desired consistency.
- Pour batter onto a preheated, lightly oiled griddle or skillet.
- Cook on medium-low-heat; flip once.
- Serve immediately with syrup, jam or fresh milk.
Waffle Directions (Make 3 servings or six 4-inch pancakes)
- 1 cup of 365 Organic Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix.
- 2/3 cup water, milk or your favorite nondairy beverage.
- 2 tbsp melted butter or 1 tbs canola oil.
- 1 egg & 1 tbsp honey.
- Stir all ingredients just until lumps disappear.
- Ladle mixture onto hot waffle iron. Waffles are done when golden brown.
- Waffle irons may vary in size and temperature. Please refer to your waffle iron's instructions.
