We recommend making a hole with a drill. Please be careful to use to the right size collet and drill bit when drilling. The #20 size drill bit is for the #66 rim, the #18 size is for 1/16 small basket handle, the #16 size is for the #55 mini brass & bolt, and the #14 size is for the 3/32 regular handle and the nuts and bolts.
