With two plate thickness options available, you can choose the options that best suits your needs. The thicker option is 3 8 (9. 5mm) and the thin option is 1 4 (6. 3mm). ATTENTION!
Machining the C20 main caps tops to clear the girdle is required for the perfect fitment.
Line-honing the crank main journals is strongly suggested in most cases.
Using the girdle will lower your sump pan. Clearance issues may need to be considered with your subframe and the mount/gearbox may need to be lifted to suit.
Oil volume will increase slightly as a result of the girdle thickness.
