M30 is a 30mm spindle with a stepdown to 28mm on the non drive side, used by Praxis and InfoCrank. PF30A is an asymmetric bottom bracket found on Cannondale carbon frames: SuperSix Evo, SystemSix and Slice. Choose road bearings for road bikes, cross bearings for off road use or if you frequently ride on wet roads.
