CSF BMW S54 Swap Into E36 / E46 Chassis High Performance RadiatorBecause the S54 requires a much more robust oil cooling system than the E36's S52, CSF made special provisions to fit two different race spec oil coolers. To do this, the height of the radiator was reduced slightly so the oil coolers can fit under it in a factory style location. Because the S54 requires a much more robust oil cooling system than the E36's S52, CSF made special provisions to fit two different race spec oil coolers. To do this, the height of the radiator was reduced slightly so the oil coolers can fit under it in a factory style location. The radiator includes mounting brackets which can be adjusted to fit both oil coolers (CSF #8032 & #8240). CSF also includes brackets for an electric fan conversion. These brackets are designed to fit a single 16 inch SPAL Fan (not included). While it is possible to retain a clutch type fan, it is much easier to convert to an electric fan on top of the performance benefits.This Part Fits:

Decent value for the money.

Was easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. Tools were supplied. It really needs to be assembled wherever you're going to be putting it as it can come apart easily when moved. The cross bars simply fit into open ended plastic 90 degree female ends. Overall for the money and to just have some division in a room it's a good value.
