Measuring 3m x 2.5m, our folding arm awning comprises a powder-coated aluminium frame and a high-quality 300gsm polyester fabric shade. Both frame and shade are made UV-resistant and designed to be durable and longlasting in all kinds of weather conditions(Only for normal weather condition,extrem weather condition is excluded).

To open or retract the shade, a hand crank is provided for easy operation. Mounting the frame and shade is also made simple with the included wall brackets.

This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
