This is Manchuela country, home to the original paella, spaghetti-western landscapes and dry heat, but also lush vegetation, pine trees, wild rabbits, flowing rivers, and a pace of life so slow and so peaceful it’s as if it is cut off from the rest of the world.

This super cloudy, lightly sparkling rosado is made with 100% Moravia Agria, an indigenous grape to Spain that went out of fashion as non-natural wine producers favoured higher alcohol-giving grapes and more commercial French varieties. However, this bright red, delicious, salty, light, and thirst-quenching bottle of bright bubbles proves that nature is not to be underestimated.

PLEASE NOTE: This sparkling wine contains sediment (which is safe and tasty to drink) - gently turn the bottle a few times after chilling and just before opening to mix the sediment into the juice before pouring.
