This book uncovers, frames and connects the dots of a historical narrative that defines the vision and values class on the Island as well as the Age of Brooke and the Age of Obama.A seasoned real estate executive with experience in development, mixed-use commercial properties, and residential housing in urban markets, Richard Taylor is a graduate of Boston University and was BU’s first Rhodes scholar. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. As chairman of the Taylor Smith Group, he manages multiple real estate business entities. He is also the founding director of the Center for Real Estate at Suffolk University, where he continues to serve as both director and professor, teaching Introduction to Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Development and Public Policy, Entrepreneurship, and Business Law and Ethics.
