Owner Đorđe works together with technologist Oszkár Maurer and grower Jelena Burmudžija to produce incredible wines of character and clarity that truly express the terroir, fermented exclusively on natural yeasts and without additional intervention in the cellar. This wonderful orange appeals as much to the natty wine newbie as to the seasoned skin contact fan. It pours a glorious orange with aromas of dried apricots, ginger, rose and lychee. In the mouth, it tastes of ripe tangerines, rose Turkish delight and red grapefruit.
