I ordered this SV Retro leather tote in the coffee color, and this is actually my second bag from this brand. I absolutely fell in love with the first smaller purse I tried from them, so I was excited to see how this larger tote version compared. The leather is the real deal. It has that natural look where you can see the grain and slight variations that tell you it is genuine leather. The bag feels sturdy and well constructed, and the zipper is strong and smooth. The only reason I am giving this one four stars is that it is not quite as eye catching as the smaller bag I ordered previously. I feel like a wider guitar style strap would have added a little more personality and comfort to the design. I may actually swap one from another bag to see how it looks. That said, this is still a beautiful, durable leather tote that feels like it will last for many years. With proper care, this is the kind of bag that will age nicely and develop even more character over time.
