Enter the world of funk mastery with the Fender Limited Edition Cory Wong Stratocaster. Cory Wong, the dynamic guitarist for Vulfpeck and The Fearless Flyers, is admired for his lively rhythm style and stage presence. This guitar draws inspiration from the exuberant energy and intricate technique that defines Wong's signature performances.Constructed with an alder body, the Cory Wong Stratocaster offers a balanced tone that has been the cornerstone of Fender guitars. This resilient tone is matched with a distinctive surf green satin finish, paired with body hardware featuring a 6-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge and deluxe cast/sealed locking tuning machines. This setup ensures an uncompromised blend of aesthetics, performance, and stability.
Crafted with a player-friendly modern "D" profile, the maple neck of this guitar offers smooth navigation across the fretboard. The rosewood fingerboard hosts 22 medium-jumbo frets within a compound 10"-14" radius, inviting incredibly versatile playability and buttery bends.
This Stratocaster stands out with its unique trio of Seymour Duncan Cory Wong Clean Machine pickups, curated to complement Wong's dynamic playing. A treble bleed circuit keeps the tone clear, even at lower volumes, and the guitar's 5-way blade switch incorporates a push-push function that defaults to position 4 for additional sonic variety.
The Fender Limited Edition Cory Wong Stratocaster, complete with a bone nut and a deluxe molded case, is a tribute to both a modern musical virtuoso and the enduring legacy of Fender's iconic Stratocaster.

Great Story about Native Americans before Europeans
Format: Paperback
I read this book with my kids (11,8) as part of our unit on Native Americans before colonization. They both really enjoyed it. It helped to humanize history for them and show them that although the cultural practices were different, the characters experienced some of the same feelings, relationship challenges, and personal struggles and triumphs that we experience today.

Wonderful book about pre-European North America
Format: Paperback
This is a great book. There's a massive shortage of children's books written by Natives, especially ones that give a picture of pre-European America, and if you've noticed that, THIS IS THE BOOK YOU'RE LOOKING FOR to fill that hole in your home school curriculum/child's library. It's a "boy book," but my seven year old girl got through it without any complaints except that she wanted me to read ahead so I could tell her if anything scary happened. I would say that the plot is a little slow, the main story pauses a lot for background information or traditional stories. But that's not really a complaint, I don't think it's even worth taking off one star. Almost anything by Joseph Bruchac is worth your money, and this one is no exception.

My kids love this book. It's not a super long book but long enough to give a fun storyline. Puts a fun spin on cupid.
