Necktie Second received mountains of press and charted at radio upon it's release. The year-and-a-half-long touring cycle behind the album included many highlights, including Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit, an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman, and three months opening for Tom Petty. New generations of fans continue to discover the album's hit single "If You Don't Love Me" thanks to it's choice placement in the now-classic comedy Dumb and Dumber. Now, Droge is returning to the fold after being sidelined for years with chronic fatigue. His forthcoming LP, Fade Away Blue, is slated for release in 2025.
