Corn starch creates the matte effect. The feather light formulation can be spread gently on the lips. Good durability. For perfectly defined lips, outline your mouth with benecos Lipliner beforehand. Then apply your Matte Liquid Lipstick to your lips using the applicator or a Lip Brush. Preparation is everything.

Update: sweater looked great when I received. After 1 wash it looks terrible. Looks like it’s been washed too many times, material fuzzy and piled.
