1990年代のSPHINXのカボションネックレス。華やかなイエローゴールドトーンの石枠に、濃く鮮やかなパープルのカボションルーサイトがセットされています。

ペンダントのユニークなデザインには、どこかエキゾチックなムードが漂います。肌の上で繊細に煌めくチェーン、パープルの艶めきが美しく、デコルテで上品な存在感を放つ一品。

非常に良好なヴィンテージコンディションです。

【SPHINX(スフィンクス)とは】
1948年にイギリスで創業したジュエリーカンパニー。まるで本物のジュエリーに見える、高品質で美しいデザインのコスチュームジュエリーを制作していました。自社製品の他にもKenneth Jay Lane、Nina Ricciなどのデザイナーや、ヨーロッパやアメリカの高級デパート向けにジュエリーデザインを手掛けていました。
刻印には"SPHINX"とシリアルナンバー、またはどちらか一方が刻まれましたが、需要を満たすために刻印をせず、急いで出荷していた時期も。会社は1990年代後半に閉業しました。
