Perles Corner vous propose une nouvelle session d'ateliers.

Retrouvez-nous dans un cadre convivial autour d'un atelier pour apprendre toutes les techniques de base, essentielles pour réaliser vous même vos bijoux. Vous pourrez ensuite transposer toutes ces techniques pour réaliser des colliers, des boucles d'oreilles, sautoir, bracelet... sur mesure.

Au cours de cet atelier, vous réaliserez un bracelet et une paire de boucles d'oreilles composés d'éléments Dorés à l'or fin 24K (Fabriqués en Europe). Avec ces créations vous apprendrez les techniques essentielles pour le montage des perles, l'assemblage et la coupe de chaines, la pose de fermoirs et de pendentifs, le montage de perles... Toutes ces étapes vous permettront ensuite de réaliser vos propres créations avec une finition impeccable ! Dans cette nouvelle formule vous apprendrez la technique de boucle enroulée, très utile pour la solidité de vos création, pour la création de chaine rosaire, le montage des pierres naturelles...

L'atelier sera composé d'une partie plus théorique sur les techniques d'assemblage d'un bijou. Une forme de training pour vous exercer et assimiler les gestes, les bonnes pratiques et astuces.

Ensuite vous vous lancerez dans la création de bijoux vous permettant de mettre en pratique les techniques abordées.

A la fin de l'atelier vous partirez avec vos bijoux confectionnés par vos soins et grâce auquel vous aurez abordé toutes les techniques nécessaires à la réalisation de vos propres créations.

Le nombre de participants est limité à 6 personnes.

    A Great Price for Great Machine

    I have been brewing my own espresso at home for over 20 years which means I have gone through a significant number of machines. I never purchased anything "high end" - never spent more than $140. THIS machine, for $137.79, is a GEM. I can make TWO double espressos, back-to-back without turning off the machine, and there's STILL plenty of power in the pump, and the temp remains stable - no temperature loss AND no overheating. How do we do this? We pack the LARGE basket with expresso, then hit the DOUBLE-cup once, and then a second time. AND THEN there's still plenty of power in the pump and heat to steam the milk! This means that the two of us can drink our coffees together at the same time. ALL the other machines that I used over the last 20 years, were never able to do this, because the pump would be played out after one brew, or the heater would drop in temperature OR overheat. That means one person drinks coffee while the other has to wait for round two. But GEVI changed all that. Great price for a great espresso machine!

I appreciated the fact that an insteuction booklet came with it, and that all of the insteuctions were clear and easy to follow, especially the first use steps. For a non-instant machine, it made a double very quickly. That looked, smelled, and tasted exactly as espresso should. All this for a very reasonable price, so I am very happy with my purchase.

    Excellent For Beginners!

    This little guy is easy to operate, and the instruction manual is well laid out (with the exception of spelling errors). I did watch a video where the individual recommended buying a sturdy tamper (which I did, the plastic one this machine comes with is well, cheap - but functional). I was excited for the hot water feature, but as the video guy explained, and I experienced, it takes a while and a bit of patience to get six ounces from this machine because it comes out in spurts. Not a deal breaker - I just heat water in the microwave while my espresso is perking, but it is an area that could be improved upon. I haven't used the frothing wand for milk since I like my espresso sans milk. The water receptacle is roomy, and I love the pressure gauge. The stainless steel shows fingerprints, so if you are OCD/ADD, this may bug you, but I'm picking my battles these days. The other thing I love is the removable base. That allows me to fit my favorite mug directly under the spouts. For me, the learning curve was gentle. And once I got the upgraded tamper, I was sipping coffee shop quality coffee w/o leaving my home.

    Great scale that needs some improvements to be perfect

    Very accurate scale, looks good in white, timer works nicely and I do like the concept of the ratio conversion. Shown in photos with 0 measurement drift over time, even without the silicone mat. To make this the best scale in the price range, I would change: - The auto timer function. Timing currently stops if you pick up the brew to swirl; you must completely restart the process if you do happen to pick it up. I would change that to only stop on user input (pressing a button). - The ratio conversion. Why offer XX.0 precision if you can only change the ratio in whole amounts? I'd suggest offering 0.1 increments, selectable with +/- buttons instead of cycling through. - The silicone mat is not well affixed and slides around. Kind of useless as-is and I just keep it off. I would wrap the whole thing around the measurement platform, similar to how the Greater Goods scale does it, to really keep it secure. It's not perfect, but for the price, it's a 4.5/5 for me. Rounding up to 5 since a 4 is considered "bad" by today's online rating standards.
