Including anthocyanins and anthocyanidins. The alpha-amino acid citrulline at 3g helps support blood vessel dilation. With 180mcg of vitamin K2 and 3g of taurine per daily serving, Cardio-H also provides vitamin C and B vitamins to help support healthy heart function.
Dose:
Adult Dose: 1 scoop (1 rounded included scoop contains approx. 6g) twice daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Warnings:
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
