MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. I haven’t decided if I really like Matcha, as I got this, just to find that out. I find that the packaging is interesting, and it is best, probably, to store it in the package it comes in. It has a mild flavor, and I am just making tea with it, as I don’t bake any more. It is a bright green powder with a smooth, mild taste, and in a clever package.

Not an affordable option for organic matcha

Great product however very misleading on the serving amount per package. For a full flavor robust cup of matcha from this product you will get an average of 15 servings. There are much better affordable options available.

It has no sugar

Very matcha taste and texture. I used this to create a matcha butter cream for my enchanted garden themed cupcakes and it was so delicious. There was no spiciness and I was able to use the rest to make matcha for the kids so I definitely got a good value for my money. I did not have any digestive problems using this. As I did mix it with ripple non dairy milk
