A game of Commander is played with a 100-card deck (99 cards, plus a nominated Commander). The Commander must be a legendary creature (or in some instances, a legendary Planeswalker). The deck can only contain cards that share a colour with the Commander; it cannot contain more than one copy of any card (except for basic lands).
