Vinification is the same as previous versions - a blend of Alibernet, Dunaj and Portugieser, with the Alibernet a year older to the other varieties in the blend. It's packed with notes of black cherries and brambles and a perfumed violet scent. Deep colour, complex fruit, slightly more body than its predecessor, also more acidity as nature turned the volume two notches up on everything. Wonderful.
