The RAM-396-101U-247-4 holds a ruggedised 2D barcode scanner in the RAM® Power-Grip™ basket and clamps to a square post up to 102mm wide — ideal for warehouse racking, workstations and pick stations. The open-bottom basket lets you scan without removing the gun, and the C size ball-and-socket arm dials in the angle.

Can I scan without taking the gun out? Yes — the open-bottom basket lets you trigger a scan with the scanner still seated.
What if my scanner is a larger unit? This is the standard basket. For big-form-factor scanners and mobile computers like the Zebra MC9300, choose an XL version: RAM-450-101U-247-4 or RAM-450-231.
