This fully enclosed airbox will protect your filter from dirt and keep the engine heat out. You can keep an eye on your filter and see when it requires cleaning. The snap-in lid design allows for quick and screw-free access. This kit has an integrated hood scoop that provides a tight seal to Jeep's new Hydro Guide hood. When driving through deep water or harsh conditions, water and air will continue to get separated by the Hydro Guide hood technology.
This kit comes with a massive, highly-efficient air filter which results in better performance and protects your engine. Available in either 8-layer Cotton Cleanable or Dry Extendable media.
The air filter, coupler, lid seal and box plug are all made with Silicone. Silicone is a premium rubber that makes a better seal and last longer. Silicone can stand up to extreme temps as high as 400F without issue.
With minimal bends, the intake tube connects to the turbo inlet in one clean line.
No check engine lights! This intake allows your engine to run properly with stock calibration or enhanced tuning. The Wrangler 392 intake utilizes the stock air temperature sensor that ensures perfect snap-on fitment.
Your truck will sound good! A massive air filter and air box result in a more aggressive sound compared to stock.

Cleanable is great for people that run their trucks in the city and highways and tend to stay off dusty roads. They last the longest and are cleanable with the S&B Cleaning Kit. If you tend to keep your truck on the pavement, this is the filter for you.
Dry Filters are meant for trucks that typically are used in dusty environments. Extend the life of the filter by blowing it out with compressed air. Dispose of the filter when you're done with it. If you tend to spend most of your time in the bush, working, and cruising logging roads this filter is for you.
