Deze OFYR pizza oven is speciaal ontwikkeld voor de OFYR 85 vuurschalen. Dankzij deze uitbreiding maakt u de lekkerste pizza’s in een hout gestookte oven. Dit doet u door de pizza oven simpelweg op de vuurschaal te plaatsen, waarna u direct kunt beginnen met bakken. Daarnaast kan er met de pizza oven ook gerookt worden.

Eenvoudig in gebruik

De OFYR pizza oven voor de 85 modellen bestaat uit een dubbelzijdige gietijzeren plaat, een pizzasteen en twee stalen stolpen. Schuif de stolpen over elkaar en plaats deze boven de plaat met pizzasteen, zodat de oven wordt gevormd. Plaats de oven op de vuurschaal om het geheel af te maken. Middels de meegeleverde schep kunt u elke pizza gemakkelijk in de oven leggen en er weer uit halen. Zorg er bij gebruik voor dat de warmte van de zijkanten komt. Zo wordt de warmte gelijkmatiger verdeeld.

Perfecte luchtcirculatie

De warmte van het vuur wordt door openingen in de gietijzeren plaat verspreid, waarbij de warme lucht door de oven circuleert. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de pizza gelijkmatig wordt verwarmd. Hoe heet de oven wordt kunt u zelf bepalen. Dit doet u door middel van de draaiknop op de stolpen. Door hier aan te draaien verandert de grootte van de opening. Hoe groter de opening, hoe meer lucht gecirculeerd wordt. Meer luchtcirculatie zorgt voor meer hittevorming, waardoor uw pizza nog sneller klaar zal zijn.

The outside sole also has this neat tactile feel. The durability looks good and feels good for now.
