 OVER DE WIJN

Manfredi Barolo D.O.C.G. is een krachtige Barolo met een zachte, lange afdronk. Deze wijn uit Italië, specifiek uit de regio Piëmonte, wordt gemaakt van 100%Nebbiolo-druiven. De wijn heeft een granaatrode kleur en een intense geur van donker fruit met een hint van cacao. De smaak is vol en rijk, maar de afdronk is soepel en langdurig.
Ideaal te combineren met vlees- en wildgerechten of kaas, en het beste geserveerd op 16-17°C. Na de oogst in oktober wordt de most 15 dagen bij 27°C in roestvrijstalen tanks gefermenteerd. De wijn rijpt minimaal 3 jaar, waarvan 2 jaar in eiken- of kastanjevaten, wat zorgt voor complexe smaken van hout, vanille, karamel en hints van koffie of cacao. Bewaar de fles horizontaal, op een koele, goed geventileerde plek.
