Ze wordt hierin bijgestaan door haar vader, Denis Clavel, die tevens wijnmaker is. Claire en haar team streven ernaar zo biologisch en zuiver mogelijk te werken. Alles in lijn met de natuur. Sinds 2010 is het domein dan ook Terra Vitis gecertificeerd. De wijngaarden zijn grotendeels gesitueerd in de appelaties Cotes du Rhone en CdR Villages Saint Gervais. De oogst van het fruit gebeurt grotendeels handmatig.

Chusclan wordt sinds 1947 Côtes du Rhône Chusclan genoemd en in 1967 geklasseerd als Côtes du Rhône Villages Chusclan voor de rosé wijnen en in 1971 voor de rode wijnen.

Stoere blend van 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah en 10% Carignan afkomstig uit de gemeente wijngaarden van Chusclan wat ten oosten van Saint Gervais ligt in het departement Gard. Chusclan ligt tegen de rivier de Rhone aan en het terroir profiteert hier maximaal van de aanwezigheid van de rivier.

De verschilende druivenrassen worden apart gevinifieerd en gerijpt op eikenhout. Hierna vindt pas de assemblage plaats.

She had 1 best friend I wish we could have seen a little bit more of their friendship in this book. Her relationship with the male characters was good not to contrived or super instantaneous. And we had some fun plot twists that I didn't expect. I wish we had more of a follow up on the situation with her family her background and her mother who was a wench.
