Regular Strength:

Deze versie is de juiste keuze voor de meeste paaldansers. De grip is sterk genoeg voor een stevige grip en veilig klimmen. Desalniettemin kunnen rotaties rond de bar nog steeds zonder problemen worden uitgevoerd. Deze variant is dan ook de eerste keuze bij het trainen op draaiende palen.

Extra Strength:

Bij deze versie blijven ze letterlijk aan de paal plakken. Natuurlijk is iTac2 Extra Strong bijzonder geschikt voor het oefenen van figuren die moeilijk vast te houden zijn. Door de hoge kleefkracht tussen de huid en de paal zijn spinnen en draaien moeilijk uit te voeren. Daarom is deze variant vooral geschikt voor gebruik op statische palen.
