Daarna worden de flessen ontdaan van hun bezinksel en definitief gekurkt met de bekende champagnekurk en ijzerdraadjes. Eenmaal uitgeschonken in het glas ruikt de wijn naar

Deze Crèmant de Bourgogne Impèriale is een kanjer, gemaakt van 100% Chardonnay en afkomstig van heel oude wijnstokken. De wijn heeft bovendien een zalige kruidige afdronk. Heerlijk om te genieten van deze Crèmant de Bourgogne Impèriale als aperitief met goede vrienden. Maar ook bij zalm met toast is deze wijn bepaald geen straf! Alcoholpercentage: 12,5%
