De meeste wijngaarden zijn oostelijk gepositioneerd op kalk-klei bodems. Al vanaf het begin wordt er Biologisch gewerkt en vanaf 1991 zijn de wijngaarden gecertificeerd. 

Beschrijving: Typische Mâcon, verfijnd, koel, vol en rijk van smaak, maar ook elegant en verfrissend.

Lekker bij: Gegrilde vis en groentes, zachte kazen.

Leuk weetje: De opbrengsten liggen tussen de 30 en 55 hl/ha en alle druiven worden met de hand geoogst. In veel wijngaarden is de plantdichtheid erg hoog, 10.000 planten per ha. Daardoor is er meer competitie tussn de planten en is het sap in de druiven meer geconcentreerd.
