Giallo paglierino dai riflessi verdolini, al naso esprime un profilo olfattivo elegante, intenso, penetrante, dalle spiccate e complesse note varietali. Note di frutto della passione, menta, ananas, pesca bianca, foglie di pomodoro e salvia aprono ad un assaggio fine e molto elegante allattacco, morbido, che sfuma in una piacevole nota acida.Introdotto durante la dominazione asburgica, il Sauvignon si è rapidamente diffuso in tutto il territorio regionale diventando uno dei grandi classici della zona. Si tratta di un bianco fresco ed accattivante, caratterizzato da inconfondibili e molteplici profumi in cui si evidenziano note di frutta esotica, peperone giallo, foglie di pomodoro, menta, lantana e bosso. Il Colli Orientali del Friuli Sauvignon DOC 2015 di Felluga, perfetto compagno della tavola, è bianco vinificato e lasciato maturare in vasche dacciaio cui segue un breve affinamento in bottiglia.
A tutto pasto, si accompagna egregiamente agli asparagi, alle minestre di verdure, ai passati di legumi e al pesce marinato.
