Over de schrijfster - Angelien Willemars
Eigenlijk ben ik van huis uit geen schrijfster of illustrator, maar Holistisch Massagetherapeut.
Door ziekte was ik geruime tijd niet in staat om cliënten te behandelen.Dit boekje is ontstaan in die tijd, op een Zwitserse berg. Met de gedachte “als ik het oma-schap niet haal dan hebben mijn kinderen in ieder geval iets voor te lezen van mij. Zo ben ik er dan toch nog een beetje bij.”
En nu heeft dat schrijven en illustreren mij behoorlijk te pakken. Met heel veel plezier heb ik “Ieder kindje laat wel eens een windje” geschreven en getekend. Een luchtig en vrolijk boekje is het geworden!

EKGs are difficult and I still don’t understand

Hey I’m in nursing school and I bought this… it’s not the pocket size, it’s actually a full size book. It brought tears to my eyes many times. I have no idea what a 3rd degree block is. Hopefully you can learn and be a good nurse! EKGs are for the doctors to read. So don’t be too hard on yourself. But you should probably know what normal sinus rhythm looks like… 👍🏼

My teacher thinks some of the ekgs are wrong

Can anyone put me in contact with the author of this book? My ekg/cardiology teacher is slandering her name and saying some of the rhythms she has in this book are wrong. Really upsets me because he is only a nurse and teaching a pre paramedic course. Doctors and cardiologist were the ones who cited this book. The rhythms are correct, my teacher just wants to think he is smarter than everyone else when it comes to cardiology. Otherwise I love this book and very helpful.

Excellent Book
Format: Paperback
As a nurse I struggle sometimes with rhythm recognition for some of the more complicated ones. This book is easy to read with many practice strips to help you comprehend even the complex details. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to learn EKGs or brush up on their rhythm recognition skills. Great book!
