Zuccardi Mountain Vineyards Malbec 2023 komt uit de hooggelegen wijngaarden van de Andes, waar grote temperatuurverschillen zorgen voor rijp fruit met veel frisheid. Zuccardi staat bekend om minimalistische vinificatie en een sterke focus op terroir, wat duidelijk terugkomt in deze wijn.

In de geur intens violet, bosbes en zwarte kers, met tonen van aromatische kruiden en een lichte florale lift. In de smaak krachtig en gestructureerd, met zwarte peper, kalkachtige tannines en een levendige zuurgraad die de wijn lengte en spanning geeft. Rijping op deels Franse eiken foudres zorgt voor een rond en evenwichtig mondgevoel zonder het fruit te overheersen.

Dylan, Luca, & Hunter turned out to be exactly what Colette needed because the ease with which she felt comfortable around was just perfect. This was a fast burn with a pretty quick paced story as well, especially at towards the end, it all picked up pretty quickly towards the end. I absolutely loved the sweet factor & the epilogues were perfect. Amazing job!
