Over Château Guillebot Plaisance

Château Guillebot Plaisance behoort al zes generaties lang tot de familie Villeneuve en is gelegen in het dorp Targon, in het hart van de Entre-Deux-Mers. Dankzij het typische klimaat van deze regio – gelegen tussen de Dordogne en de Garonne – biedt de wijn van Guillebot Plaisance een grote variëteit aan aroma’s.

Vinificatie

Koude schilweking vóór de vergisting voor maximale fruitexpressie en frisheid. Gevolgd door een rijping in roestvrijstalen tanks.
