Frisse en fruitige rode wijn met een diepe robijnrode kleur en een aromatisch profiel van rijpe kersen, bramen en rode bessen, aangevuld met subtiele kruiden- en bloemtonen. In de mond licht, sappig en soepel, met zachte tannines, levendige zuren en een toegankelijke structuur. De afdronk is aangenaam, fruitig en elegant, perfect voor vroege consumptie.
Deze Young Mavrud van Rosalea benadrukt de typische expressie van de Mavrud-druif: fruitig, fris en direct drinkbaar.

Perfect bij lichte vleesgerechten, gegrild gevogelte, pasta’s met tomatensaus, kazen van gemiddelde intensiteit of tapas.

Klimaat

De wijngaarden liggen in Bulgarije, waar een continentaal mediterraan klimaat met warme zomers en koude winters zorgt voor een langzame rijping van de druiven, behoud van frisheid en aromatische intensiteit.

Ondergrond

De bodems bestaan uit kalkhoudende klei en leem, wat zorgt voor een goede drainage, mineraliteit en een stevige basis voor een fruitige, frisse structuur in de wijn.

Vinificatie

De druiven worden handmatig geoogst en zacht geperst. De fermentatie vindt plaats in inox tanks op gecontroleerde lage temperaturen om het fruitige karakter en de aromatische frisheid te behouden. De wijn rijpt kort op fijne lies om extra ronding en complexiteit te geven zonder het directe, jonge karakter te verliezen.

This gives out very small puffs of glitter when depressing the pump. The glitter is as expected, but it would be more efficient to just open the dispenser with how little this pumps out.
