Welkom bij Wijnvloot.nl! Vandaag duiken we in een pareltje uit de Loire: de Domaine Yannick Amirault, Bourgueil AC Le Grand Clos BIO.

Deze rode wijn van 100% Cabernet Franc druiven is een fantastische ontdekking voor de liefhebber van karaktervolle wijnen. Yannick Amirault staat bekend om zijn respect voor de natuur, en dat proef je terug in deze biologische topper.

Wat maakt deze wijn zo bijzonder? De neus verraadt al veel: gerookte aroma's dansen samen met uitbundige fruittonen, aangevuld met een frisse hint van menthol. Eenmaal in de mond verrast hij met een zachte en elegante aanzet.

Na de 4 weken durende alcoholische fermentatie in conische houten vaten, krijgt deze Bourgueil alle tijd om te rijpen. Maar liefst 24 maanden brengt hij door in grote tonnen van 400 liter. Dit zorgt voor diepte en complexiteit, zonder dat de wijn zwaar wordt.

Combineer hem met een mooie biefstuk, lamsvlees of een stevige paddenstoelen risotto. Een genot voor thuis!
