Geweldige snijprestaties, de hoogste veiligheidsstandaard en eenvoudig schoon te maken zijn het Berkel-DNA in elke machine en ook in de Essentia-snijmachines om gebruiksgemak en snelle snijbewerkingen mogelijk te maken met een daarmee samenhangende verlaging van de operationele kosten. Het elegante Berkel-ontwerp, gemaakt van vloeiende afgeronde lijnen, het ontbreken van heggen en hoogwaardige materialen, wordt in deze lijn snijmachines benadrukt dankzij alle rode technopolymeerdetails en de minimale vorm. Essentia is verkrijgbaar in alle technische configuraties (Gravity, Verticale Salumeria, Verticale Macelleria en Delicatessen) met verschillende bladdiameters van 300 mm tot 370 mm.

Veiligheid
- Volledige sluiting van de peilplaat voor maximale veiligheid tijdens reinigingswerkzaamheden en CE-blok om te voorkomen dat deze opengaat als de plaat niet op zijn plaats zit
- Ondersteund openingssysteem voor de productpershouder (op verticale modellen) om onbedoeld loslaten te voorkomen en voor een gemakkelijke productpositionering. Uitgeschakelde positie van de vleespers om onbedoeld loslaten te voorkomen (op Gravity-modellen)

It gets the job done.

These some on a flat piece of cardboard, and I was concerned. It goes together well, and has held up to Highschooler use for a month so far. It looks nice, but is nothing fancy. If you are looking for any sort of resistance for your paper towel for tearing, this product probably isn't for you. It is weighted enough for it to not fall over, it looks nice enough to be fine but not nice enough to want to steal. Exactly what I was looking for. If you are searching for the perfect paper towel holder... you probably will take issue with this one. If you just need a new paper towel holder, this one might do.

Bottom screw will rust and permanently stain counter

Besides the ungalvanized or stainless steel bottom screw that rusts at the first sign of moisture this product has held up incredibly well. I've used the product for 3 years and that is the only problem. I'm probably going to get a deduction in my security deposit for the rust stains that have permeated the countertop. The rest of the product is really well made and holds up well
