De Favorita druif, voornamelijk te vinden in de Langhe-streek (Piëmonte), is nauw verwant aan de Vermentino-druif die vooral in Ligurië en in Sardinie zachte en frisse witte wijnen oplevert. Hooi, verse bloemen, fris fruit, leker als apperitief.

Fausto en Cinza Cellario zijn 3e generatie wijnboer en de 1e generatie binnen de familie die strikt natuurwijn maakt. Ze maken hippe biodynamische natuurwijnen van locale druivensoorten als Favorita, Nascetta, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo en Grignolino. Fausto en Cinza sluiten de flessen af met een kroonkurk omdat het kan gebeuren dat een fles opnieuw gaat fermenteren in de fles.

Ruim 13 hectare aan wijngaarden (en wat hazelnoten bomen) die biodynamisch bewerkt worden op drie verschillende stukken binnen het westen van Langhe.
