In de lange en aanhoudende afdronk verschijnen wederom rijpe vruchten, perfect samengesteld met het geroosterde karakter

Dankzij de toegepaste vatrijping heeft de wijn een zeer intense neus met aroma's van rijp zwart fruit, goed geïntegreerd met de geroosterde, gekruide en gerookte tonen. Dik en vol in de mond met zeer rijpe en ronde tannines die het zijn zoete zachtheid geven. In de lange en aanhoudende afdronk verschijnen wederom rijpe vruchten, perfect samengesteld met het geroosterde karakter van het hout.
El Viejo wordt gemaakt van 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo). De druiven komen van een streng geselecteerde, eeuwenoude wijngaarden met een zeer beperkte productie. De druiven worden handmatig geoogst tijdens de eerste vijftien dagen van oktober en in kleine kratten naar de wijnkelders vervoerd. De druiven gisting vindt plaats in betonnen vaten met een capaciteit van 10.000 kg. De malolatische gisting wordt uitgevoerd in nieuwe Franse eikenhouten vaten, evenals de rijping gedurende 16 maanden. Deze wijn is niet gefilterd of geklaard met behulp van agressieve methoden om zijn natuurlijke kenmerken te behouden.

At 56 years old my skin is pretty dry but this was still a little to heavy for a face cream-- but usable in a pinch. What it is PERFECT for is for your hands before you go to sleep at night. You know you're going to touch your face and pillow during the night so heavily fragranced creams aren't good at all. This is thick enough to make your hands and cuticles feel great but gentle enough not to cause problems if transferred onto your face.

This product feels fantastic when you put it on. A little goes a very long way so you get a lot for your money. It does work great after just lightly drying your face. There isn’t much of a smell, which I prefer. I have very sensitive skin and this is so soothing to use. I’m also in my late 40’s so the soft, plump and smooth look achieved after using this is so nice. If it makes your skin greasy at all you are using too much.
