Uno Chablis prodotto da vigneti che superano certamente i 25 anni detà: è questo lo Chablis Vieilles Vignes della cantina E.A.R.L. George. Nasce da uve di chardonnay che, vinificate in purezza, sono lavorate esclusivamente in acciaio, così da lasciarne integre tutte le peculiarità varietali. Riesce a riunire alla perfezione lintegrità del frutto con una elegante freschezza e una gradevole sapidità.

Si sposa alla perfezione con la cucina a base di pesce e crostacei. Ottimo con il granchio fritto.

I was held up for a few minutes and the Liqui tube seemed to start to set up in one spot and made the tire out of balance so I had to work quick to get it to distribute to the other parts of the tire. It seems to have worked though and so far the tires are holding air very well. I will be interested to see if it lasts for a long time but so far so good.
