Vetiveria zizanoides is een grassoort met lange dunne bladeren. De plant heeft een sterk, diepreikend en complex wortelstelsel. Etherische olie van vetiver wordt door stoomdestillatie verkregen uit de wortels van de plant. Dit levert een dikke, aardse olie die ook wel de ‘olie van rust’ genoemd wordt.
Het kalmerende effect van Vetiver maakt het een perfecte aanvulling in aromatherapiemengingen die gericht zijn op het kalmeren en ontspannen van lichaam en geest.
De olie is in het bijzonder goed als onderdeel van mengingen voor de nacht. Gebruik de olie eens in een verdampingsmix voor aromalampje of diffuser en pas toe voor het slapengaan.

LET OP:
De meeste etherische oliën zijn zeer gemakkelijk druppelbaar. Vetiver olie is echter een van de uitzonderingen; het is een van nature zeer stroperige olie.
Druppelen is daarom pas mogelijk na het geleidelijk opwarmen van het flesje in een kommetje warm (niet heet) water. Zo vaak als nodig herhalen.
Of eventueel in broekzak houden. Door de lichaamswarmte wordt de olie geleidelijk vloeibaarder.
Samenstelling
100% Vetiveria zizanoides (vetiver) root oil
Gebruik
Massage: Voeg 5 druppels essentiële olie toe aan 10 ml basisolie.
Bad: Voeg 4 druppels olie toe aan 20 ml basisolie en voeg aan stromend water toe.
Verstuiving: Voeg 6 - 8 druppels toe aan de verstuiver of brander.

🧦 Simple & Effective – ZenToes Moisturizing Socks Review ✨

These ZenToes moisturizing socks are such a smart and effective solution for dry, cracked heels! I really like that they only cover the heels instead of the whole foot—no hot, sweaty toes, which is a huge plus.
They come in a pack of two, and for the price, it’s a great value. I also found that they fit well and stayed in place overnight. They were a bit snug around my foot, but still comfortable enough to wear.

They work!!

I bought these to replace a very old pair that I originally got at Bed Bath and Beyond like 20+ yrs ago, and the fabric was starting to fray. However, the gel pad inside (at the heel) was still working just fine. Anyway, this new set includes 2 pairs, with a gel pad inside each heel area. Results are truly amazing, I kid you not. You can use them without a moisturizer, but I like to put moisturizer on my heels, then wear these overnight, and in the morning my heels are soft, with no dry skin and NO cracks. I like the fact that these are kind of soft and fuzzy (outside), but I LOVE that they leave your toes exposed and cool (because my heels feel kind of warm from the moisturizer and gel pad). They are of good thickness, and I feel they will last a long time (of course remains to be seen). Highly recommend.

Perfect for cracked heals ♥️

These are thick not cheaply made, has a nice texture inside the heal area which I love. I wear them at night after I apply Aquaphor to my heels & while sleeping they are very comfortable. I slipped these guys on & my heels are healing so much faster no more cracked heels for me. 😃 I highly recommend them.
