Klimaat:
Wairau Valley: warme droge zomers met koele nachten en een vrij koude winter (vers fruit en elegantie). Waihopai Valley: zuidelijker met extremere weersomstandigheden (structuur en complexiteit). Awatere Valley: meest zuidelijke regio. De winters zijn kouder en de zomers lang, warm en droog met veel wind (aromatische kwaliteiten en karakter).

Ondergrond:
6 verschillende wijngaarden. Variërende bodems met arme zanderige gronden met veel stenen en oudere, leemgronden met een goede waterhuishouding.

Vinificatie:
39% van het fruit komt uit Waihopa Valley (typiciteit), de rest uit 5 andere valleien waaronder Wairau Valley. De wijngaarden worden afzonderlijk onder koele temperatuur gefermenteerd. Korte rijping op inox met vegan vriendelijke klaring. Na botteling kan deze wijn de volgende 3 jaar naar smaak gedronken worden.

I decided to just use three different pillows for my head, my legs and my arms/back at all different firmness so I get the support I need. If you are able to deal with the firmness of the pillow throughout, this might be a good option for you. I also ordered the cooling option and this does not help keep me cool at night. Even with the AC on and the fan running. It sleeps hot. I ended up storing it back in its vacuumed sealed bag and put it away.
