Over Azienda Vinicola Prà

Graziano Prà maakt al deel uit van het bedrijf sinds het begin van de jaren 80, maar het waren zijn vader en grootvader die zijn lot als wijnmaker bezegelden. Regio's als Monte Grande en Monte Bisson in Soave en Morandina in Valpolicella hebben dankzij hem internationale bekendheid verworven; kleine gewaardeerde Crus gelegen in sterke wijnbouwgebieden. De principes die zijn verhaal hebben gevormd, zijn in essentie, het respect voor het land. Zuiverheid is een sleutelwoord om de wijnen van Graziano te omschrijven. Hij heeft nog steeds de leiding over de wijnbereidingsbeslissingen en, in de wijnkelder, geeft hij de voorkeur aan de verhoging van de vrucht.

Vinificatie

De druiven worden ontsteeld en zacht geperst. Fermentatie vindt plaats bij een temperatuur van 13°C, gevolgd door een rijping van 8 maanden in stalen tanks met bâtonnage, wat zorgt voor extra complexiteit en structuur.
