Door de minimale ingrediëntenlijst worden overgevoeligheidsreacties voorkomen.

Witte vaseline is toepasbaar bij verschillende huidspecificaties zoals eczeem, psoriasis, ichthyosis of jeuk. Daarnaast kan witte vaseline worden toegepast bij een schilferige huid, kloven en barstjes (gesprongen lippen en kapotte mondhoeken).

Wanneer niet gebruiken?

Gebruik witte vaseline nooit op nieuwe brandwonden of blaren. Door de huid af te sluiten met witte vaseline kan de huid de warmte niet kwijt. Zodra een brandwond of blaar begint te genezen (uitdroogt) is het aanbrengen van witte vaseline toegestaan. Door de aangedane huid te hydrateren met witte vaseline versnelt de genezing.

Dit product wordt geadviseerd als basishuidverzorging. Het kan de medicinale behandeling ondersteunen maar niet vervangen.

I wanted to love these. They had so much potential. It's a good size. It seems like a good shape. But ... 1) first red flag should have been the packaging. It looked like it was a dollar store item that had beenblost on the shelves for years. 2) the rubber is super flexible. I was expecting it to be sturdier. I can flatten the ball without lich force. Maybe that doesn't matter. Naybe flexible is good. But I never got a chance to test out it's durability against a pup because... 3) it smelled. I expected it to smell like rubber, like most rubber toys. Rubber smell is okay. Usually rubber smell goes away. But, this was NOT a rubber smell. It smells like peppermint or something similar. It's like someone sprayed essential oils when mixing the rubber and now the smell will not leave. I soaked it in dawn soap half the day and overnight. I rubbed. I scrubbed. The smell actually gets worst the more you scrub it!!! It's like a scented marker or scented eraser, but you do NOT want the scent in a dog toy! My dog cannot smell the food in it because the smell of the weird mint-like scent is so overpowering. He saw it had food, and wanted it, but every time he started sniffing wildly, he would recoil. Whoever thought it was a good idea to scent this was WRONG. Mint in the form of an essential oil is extremely poisonous to dogs!! So, why they would put a mint-loke scent ijto the dog's rubber treat toy is beyond me. I would return this if I hadn't throw out the package immediately. I considered pulling the package out of the trash once i realized the scent issue but other trash had already been dumped into the trash can over it and i didn't want to dig through trash. The ball is still soaking in soap. I scrubbed again this morning. I let obe dry out. No luck. It actually seems to get worst the more you scrub, like it really is embedded in the rubber itself. Yuck!!!
