Antinori San Giovanni della Sala Orvieto Classico Superiore

Deze verfijnde witte wijn komt uit Umbrië, een schilderachtige regio in het hart van Italië. De druiven worden verbouwd op het historische landgoed Castello della Sala, gelegen nabij het stadje Orvieto. De blend bestaat uit Grechetto, Procanico, Pinot Bianco en Viognier. Elke druivensoort wordt afzonderlijk gevinifieerd in roestvrijstalen tanks, waarna de wijn enkele maanden rijpt op de fijne lie, wat bijdraagt aan de complexiteit en elegantie van de wijn.

In het glas presenteert de wijn zich met een strogele kleur en groene reflecties. Het aroma is expressief, met tonen van citrus, witte perzik, lindebloesem en een vleugje hazelnoot. Op het palet is de wijn fris en levendig, met een harmonieuze balans tussen fruitige en florale elementen. De afdronk is lang en mineraal. Deze wijn is een uitstekende begeleider van zomerse salades, schaal- en schelpdieren, of lichte visgerechten.

Im definitely happy with this purchase and will now be looking into see what other products they have to offer. 🙂

I just take a 16oz glass, fill it halfway with milk, add a scoop of protein powder, and mix it with the frother, using a combo of low and medium power, but realistically, low is all you need for that purpose. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the charger is micro USB. Not using USB-C in 2025 is honestly just insulting. Change that and you have a 5-star product.
